Executive and Clinical Management

Catherine Womack, MD, is the President and Chief Medical Officer. She is a board certified, internal medicine physician from Fayetteville, Arkansas with 10 years of clinical experience in Fort Smith. Dr. Womack founded IMWell Health® in 2004 to assist large employers in controlling escalating healthcare expenses. She specializes in treating complex medical conditions such as diabetes, heart disease and hypertension.

Dr. Womack received her Doctorate of Medicine degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. She performed her internal medicine residency at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. Prior to medical school, Dr. Womack received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.



Dan Parker
, a 30-year veteran from the health and insurance benefits industry, joined Dr. Womack in 2006. Prior to becoming the Chief Executive Officer for IMWell Health®, he was the CEO at HealthSCOPE Benefits in Little Rock. Mr. Parker also has nine years of clinical and executive management experience with Baptist Health Systems.

Mr. Parker has a Masters in Nursing Science degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and a Masters in Business Administration from Webster University. He also has a Bachelor of Science degree from Arkansas State University.



Dana Hale, APN, MSN
, is an Advanced Practice Nurse with 13 years of experience in primary care and women's health. She received her Masters degree as a Clinical Nurse Specialist from the University of Central Arkansas. She has obtained a Nurse Practitioner degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center and George Washington University and is board certified in Women's Health and Family Practice. Dana achieved membership in Sigma Theta Tau, Honor Society of Nursing.



Terri Lewelling, M.D.
, has medical degree, with summa cum laude distinction, from The University of Oklahoma College of Medicine. She is board certified in family practice with post graduate training at Great Plains Family Practice Residency at Baptist and Deaconess Hospitals in Oklahoma City. Prior to medical school, Dr. Lewelling received a Bachelors of Science degree from Oklahoma Christian University. Her professional experience includes inpatient and outpatient family practice with special interest in women's health, pediatrics, dermatology, migraines and minor procedures.



Rodney McDonald, M.D.
, is the medical director for the clinic for multiple employers in Fort Smith.  He is  board certified in family practice.   Dr. McDonald graduated from medical school at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.   He received a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from Texas Christian University.    He has 10 years  of practice experience. 



George Garrett, M.D.
, is board certified in family practice and obstetrics/gynecology.   He graduated from medical school at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.   He completed residencies at Louisiana State University at Shreveport and the Area Health Education Center in Texarkana.   He has over 30 years of practice experience.




Laura Kirksey, MNSc, APN, CS,
is an Advanced Practice Nurse with over 17 years of nursing experience. She graduated from National Park Community College with an Associates in Nursing degree, from Henderson State University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree, and from University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences with a Masters in Nursing Science. She has an extensive background in rural medicine with a focus on family practice.




Patricia Redhage, APN,
is an Advance Practice Nurse with 20 years experience in nursing.  She has a Masters in Nursing from the University of Oklahoma, Tulsa, OK, and received her Nursing degree from Columbia College in Columbia, MO.  Patty is Family Nurse Practitioner Certified.  She is experienced in many areas of medicine such as maternity/infant care, family practice and  Geriatric Medicine.




Suzanne Rodgers, APN, is an Advance Practice Nurse graduating from the University of Oklahoma, Oklahoma City, OK with a Masters in Nursing. She also received a Post Master’s Certificate in Family Practice from the  University of Central Arkansas, Conway, AR.    Suzanne has 18 years of experience in Women’s Health and is a member of Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society.




Donna Crowder, APN, MNSc., is an Advance Practice Nurse in family practice,  with over 20 years of nursing experience.   She received her Masters in Nursing Science from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS)  and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from UAMS as well.    Donna is a member of Sigma Theta Tau , Honor Society of Nursing.   Her professional experience includes rheumatology, family practice and critical care.




Frank Smith, PA-C, is a physician assistant, with over 10 years of practice experience.   He received his Bachelor of Science degree in PA Studies from Midwestern University. He has a wealth of managerial and clinical experience in outpatient, family practice care.




Jacqueline Phillips, APN, MNSc,
is an Advanced Practice Nurse with over 14 years of nursing experience. She received her Masters in Nursing Science from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from UAMS as well. As a graduate student she received the Outstanding Future Leader Award. Jacqueline is also a member of Sigma Theta Tau, Honor Society of Nursing. Her previous experience includes inpatient geriatric care management, teaching and outpatient primary care.



Ann Dornblaser, Director of Corporate Operations, joined IMWell Health in May, 2007.She graduated from the University Arkansas in Fayetteville with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. She has 19 years of experience in the fields of medical insurance, finance and sales.
