Mission Statement
IMWell Health establishes employer based, on-site, primary care clinics to serve employees and family members of businesses with self funded health plans. We use the Patient Centered Medical Home concept as the foundation of our approach to the provision of health care. Our clinics strive for optimal outcomes that are driven by a compassionate partnership between our staff and the patient/family.
IMWell Health clinics are accountable for continuous performance improvement and keep the interest of our patients foremost in delivery of care. We are committed to the use of technology to enhance communication, support patient education and provide optimal patient care. We apply Christian principles in restoring and maintaining physical, mental and spiritual health. |
