Usually, no co-payment or coinsurance is charged the patient. The
employer still maintains their PPO based benefit plan for those
employees or family members that choose not to utilize the "company
clinic". Retaining choice is important to maintaining positive employee
relations although over time most employees will want the ease and
convenience of the on-site clinic.

The employee (or covered family member) may schedule non-urgent care
needs with the clinic and can realistically be gone from the work site
for less than an hour. Clinic visits are scheduled by phone with
non-urgent visits typically seen within 2-3 days. Urgent needs that are
not life threatening will be seen promptly.

This reduces absenteeism due to travel and wait times commonly
experienced in the private practice setting. Another benefit is the
reduction in expensive and often unnecessary self-referrals to specialty
clinics. Furthermore, our familiarity with the local delivery system
enables the IMWell Health® medical professional to refer appropriately
to PPO specialists and hospitals for their expertise as needed.

We will typically lease the needed space from the client and have our
own general liability and medical malpractice coverage. It's important
for IMWell Health® to have a distinct and independent relationship
from the client. This is an outsourcing arrangement for the client who
wishes to focus their efforts on their core competencies rather than
engage directly in the practice of medicine. Electronic medical records
are our responsibility as is compliance with all applicable privacy and
confidentiality requirements.

Our pricing allows a client to purchase healthcare services for a
variety of hours and service level options with a true fixed cost
application or a discounted fee for service approach. The clinics offer
a combination of a physician, registered nurse practitioner (RNP) or
physicians assistant with applicable support staff. Hourly fees are
established for the times our staff are present at the clinic. We
require a minimum of 4 hours per day of operation and at least 4 days
per week of coverage for our clinics. This works well for employers
with at least 300 employees with covered dependents. We can expand our
hours to cover all times needed to serve your employees.

Standalone disease management programs can be done with 4-8 hour
sessions every 2 weeks on a fee for service or fixed fee basis.
